Today, I'm really excited to be sharing the perfect dessert recipe for these last few days of summer. It's close to the end of the peak season for raspberries, so before they're out of season for the year, I wanted to make one last delicious treat that would really amplify their flavor. This raspberry shortcake parfait really got the job done, and the best part is that it's so easy to make!
Makes 4 parfaits
1 pkg (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding
2 cups cold milk
10 Golden Oreo cookies
2 pints raspberries
1/4 cup Cool Whip, thawed
In a large bowl, whisk the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes, until thickened.
Use a knife to finely chop the cookies.
Add a layer of cookies to the bottom of a glass.
Add a layer of pudding...
...and then a layer of raspberries.
Repeat each layer, then top with Cool Whip and additional cookie crumbs.
