Planning Your Next Vacation? Choose Thailand!

If you’re looking for a holiday which is exotic, beautiful, affordable, and with incredible food, look no further than Thailand. With pristine white beaches, a rich culture, and an amazing attitude towards partying, it’s not surprising that it grows in popularity year on year. The wealth of things to do and see mean that you could travel Thailand for a year and still not experience everything on your bucket list, so when you do visit, be prepared to never want to leave again. Here are just five reasons Thailand is the best place to visit on the planet.

The food
Until you visit Thailand, you’ve never really experienced flavour. There is so much diversity, richness, freshness, and spice in their meals, and everywhere you visit will have a different local dish, and a new experience to go with it. If you’re not too keen on spice, make sure you order your food without - everything they cook has a whole load of chilli in, but it’s totally irresistible.

The luxury
After a long haul flight, comfort is going to be a priority. If you want a luxury getaway but you’re not interested in the usual suspects, take a look at what Thailand has to offer. Choose between luxury beachside hotels, with fabulous infinity pools and all the facilities you could ever dream of. Or go for something a bit more original, with cute tree dwellings or beach huts. If one thing’s certain, the Thai people certainly know how to treat you.

The wildlife
With such an incredible diversity of plants and animals, Thailand is a nature lover’s paradise. From elephants to exotic bird of paradise, monkeys, sharks, and anything in between, you’re guaranteed a treat. Take a tour in the jungle near Phuket on the back of an elephant, or travel down the river by raft to catch a glimpse of rare and exciting animals.

The people
If you ask most people what their favorite part of Thailand was, many will say the food, but most will say the people. They’re exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and conversational, so you’ll always leave feeling cared for and loved. Choosing to volunteer in Thailand by teaching English or another skill is a great way to integrate with the community and learn more about their way of life.

The scenery
With such epic scenery, many people profess that Thailand is the most beautiful nation in the world.
The man-made gardens at Pattaya are among the most beautiful botanical gardens of anywhere on the planet, and they’re just a patch on what nature has to offer. Visit Mae Hong Son for beautiful cloud-capped mountains and stunning vistas, or Ao Phang Nga Bay Marine National Park for stunning ocean scenery and dramatic cliffs.

If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious holiday, full of surprises and adventures, look no further than Thailand. You’re guaranteed an incredible experience, full of great food, wonderful people, and fantastic parties. If you were looking for a reason to book your next trip to Thailand, this is it - you won’t regret it.
