Once you have kids, you will find that there is little free time for you to escape to the gym or go out for a run. So you need to carefully plan all your fitness around your new family responsibilities, which can be incredibly difficult! Thankfully, there is one easy solution to this problem. You just need to get the kids to join in! There are lots of ways you can do this, no matter how old your kids are. If your child is still a baby, you can go for a leisurely jog while pushing the buggy. Once the kids are older, you can take them to your local park and enjoy a game of football or frisbee together. Did you also know that some gyms welcome kids? If yours does, think about bringing the little ones to introduce them to the world of fitness!

These are a lot less stressful to take part in compared with serious road races, as everyone just focuses on having fun rather than the whole competitive side! You’ll find various fun runs out there, including color runs. Why not think about organizing your very own cool color run? All you need to do is find some Holi colour and a suitable venue!
