Love Your Curves: Be Kim K Konfident

There are some women, like Kim Kardashian-West that are the epitome of body confidence - they embrace themselves for who they are and love the shape and size of their bodies. Then there are those of us that let our body hang-ups get the better of us, battering our confidence.

What most of us ladies need to get our heads around is the fact that we are beautiful, regardless of our size and shape. We need to learn to love ourselves for who we are and be proud of ourselves and our bodies. Of course, that’s much easier said than done. However, it is possible; it’s just a case of determining the best methods of giving your self-esteem the boost it needs.

Find your own sense of style
Just because your sister looks good in a certain style of dress, that is not to say that it will suit you. The truth is, we’re all different when it comes to our body shapes and sizes, and we need to cater to our own needs, instead of trying to dress in the same way as others. If you want to feel good about yourself, you need to find your own sense of style and wear what looks good on you. If you don’t have an eye for fashion don’t let that deter you, hire a personal shopper to help you find that perfect look. (Once you’ve found your own sense of style, you will feel much better for it.)

Treat yourself to pretty pieces
Don’t just fill your wardrobe with practical pieces of clothing, add a couple of pretty pieces too. You would be amazed at how much of a boost pretty pieces of clothing or underwear can give your confidence. Your underwear may not be on display but wearing pretty pieces will make you feel good. If you don’t already have pretty underwear, now is the perfect time to invest in some. Go online, have a browse, and find a store that sells underwear and other pretty pieces of clothing that suit your body shape and size. If you have a fuller figure, you may find the range from Tutti Rouge at Knicker Locker worth taking a look at, for instance. You need to find a range of pretty pieces that suit your body size and shape and make you feel good about yourself.

Know what makes you feel good
Every time Kim K steps out of her home, she dresses in a way that makes her feel good, and you should do the same. It’s not just about the clothes that you wear; it’s also about the accessories that you pick out, and also, how you choose to do your hair and makeup. If you want to love your figure, you need to learn to love yourself from tip to toe, so making sure that you are proud of your appearance when you step out of the front door is important. If you step outside knowing that you look good, you will feel good because of it - this is the key to good self-esteem.

If you want to be as confident as Kim K, you need to learn to love yourself for who you are and be proud of your body size and shape.

Take Your First Step Towards A Fresh Start

Are you happy in your current position? If the answer to that question is no, perhaps it’s time you sought a new career path. Let’s not forget we spend over thirty percent of our lives working. So, if you don’t enjoy your job you are literally wasting your life and you definitely don’t want that. You only get one shot at life so you should spend it following your true calling. But how do you know what that is? Well, there are a few things to consider here.

Learn To Love
If you’re not pursuing a career that you have a passion for, you’re making a huge mistake. The worst thing you can do is look for a specific career for the wrong reasons. For instance, you might think about going after a job because it offers high level of pay. But money will only keep you satisfied for a short period. After that, you’ll be left struggling to find any will to complete a job that really, you had no interest in. Instead, look for a career that you can put your heart into. Something that excites you every morning when you start work. Do this and you can’t possibly have made the wrong decision.

Don’t Limit Yourself
Too many of us say I’d like to do that, but I’d never be able to. Or, I wish I could pursue that career, but I just don’t have the time. Even the classic, I wish I’d thought of that earlier, is nonsense. The only limits on what you do in life are the ones you have set for yourself. It’s never too late to go back to school and learn about the career that you really want. You can always make time to build some experience in a different area. You just need to have the passion and the dedication to pursue your goals.

Don’t Be Scared Of The Job Market
You might have heard that the job market is a rough place to be right now. There’s a lot of competition and not many places to fill. We’re not sure that’s true, though, and if you look at a recruiter like Simply Education, you might not be either. It’s clear from their site that there are plenty of opportunities for people looking to start a new path in teaching. This isn’t the only industry where there is a shortage in labour either. Do some research, and you’ll see that while the job market might be competitive there’s also plenty open positions to go around.

Make Your Own Path
Finally, you don’t have to pursue a career path that already exists. Instead, you can create your own from scratch, starting a new company. Thousands of startups open every year and while not many succeed, that doesn’t mean yours won’t. All you need is an original idea that connects with people and audience. When you have this, you’ll be to pursue their business and get them interested in whatever you have to offer. Have a look at some ideas online about how to do this.

If I Could Turn Back Time! Anti-Aging Remedies Revealed

Most of us wish we could channel Cher and turn back time. Sadly, there’s no way of making time stand still. But there are ways you can look and feel younger. If you’re interested in anti-aging remedies, you’ve come to the right place.

Skincare products
Most women over the age of 30 have got at least one product in their bathroom cabinet, which promises to make them look more youthful. As you get older, you start to notice the odd wrinkle, and you may also find that your skin loses radiance and firmness. Anti-aging skincare products are designed to tackle the common signs of aging and rejuvenate the complexion. You can buy all kinds of lotions and potions, from eye creams that battle crow’s feet to exfoliating scrubs that revive and brighten aging skin. If you’re interested in trying new products, it’s worth visiting a skin care counter or reading some reviews online. If you come across products that have rave reviews, you can usually track them down fairly easily. You can shop online for anti-aging whitening serum, for example. You may find that when you buy creams and lotions, they have limited success. What works for one person may not be as effective for another, and you’re unlike to achieve the dramatic results associated with other types of treatment.

Non-surgical facial treatments
Non-surgical treatments are often considered the middle ground between using skincare products and having surgery. Examples of non-invasive anti-aging remedies include Botox and fillers. These treatments reduce the visibility of facial lines without the risks attached to undergoing a surgical procedure. Botox helps to soften lines by blocking the transmission of nerve signals to the facial muscles. This prevents contraction, causing the muscles to relax. Fillers are different, and they can be used to add volume and bounce, as well as targeting wrinkles. Fillers aim to rejuvenate skin in the wake of collagen loss. Collagen is the fiber, which gives the skin its firmness. Fillers add fullness to the skin, and they can also be used to define your features. Both treatments produce temporary effects that usually last 6-9 months.

Surgical treatment
Surgical treatment achieves the most dramatic transformation. However, there are risks involved, and you’ll need to factor in recovery time. Procedures like a face lift don’t produce instant results. When you come around, you’ll notice that your face looks very swollen, red, and bruised. It can take several weeks for the effects to become visible. If you are thinking of having surgery to tighten the skin, remove wrinkles, and lift the brows, it’s important to do your research first. You should be made aware of the potential complications, and have a good understanding of what you can expect after the procedure. Surgery is the only permanent solution, so if you’re serious about looking considerably younger, this may be your best bet.

Most of us get to a point in life when we wish we looked younger. Aging is an inevitable process, but there are some remedies you can try to keep those troublesome signs at bay.

Want to Be a Terrible Boss? Then Ignore These Responsibilities

Surely no-one opened this article actually looking to become a bad boss, right? When most people find themselves becoming a boss, they begin to worry about not being liked. After all, a lack of respect and positive attitudes towards a boss can have pretty bad implications for any workplace.

So this, of course, isn’t a list of employer responsibilities you should be ignoring. All decent employers should be keeping these responsibilities in mind at all times. Otherwise, there are going to be some pretty big problems at the office.

But hey, if you really want to be a terrible boss, then by all means, ignore these responsibilities. Some of them are mandated by the law, though… so it’s not really advised.

Health and safety
Okay, this one is pretty obvious, right? The law is pretty clear when it comes to protecting the safety of your employees. They’re obliged to be at your workplace, and if any misfortune befalls them that affects their health then you’re going to be in for it, to put it lightly.

Again, this is something that has been written about to death, and it would be genuinely surprising if someone looking to start a business wasn’t familiar with this aspect of the workplace. If you are new to this field, then you should get started with this health and safety guide for employers.

The protected characteristics
What a shame that we can’t just judge everyone by the content of their character, eh? It seems we still need to be on high alert when it comes to potential discrimination in the workplace. Hopefully, instances of employer discrimination against people due to their race, gender, or sexual orientation are pretty rare these days. But there are still a few areas that seem to get people in a bit of a state of confusion.

Disability, for example, tends to be a sticky issue, often because an employer is at risk of being accused of discrimination even if the applicant’s disability would actually prevent them from doing the job! There’s also the issue of pregnancy and maternity which many still seem to be confused about. You should take the time to read up on employee maternity leave entitlement, because it may not be as simple - or, perhaps, not as complex - as you may think it is.

Stress levels
This is neglected by so many employers. The fact is that stress is so commonplace these days that not even the employees who are under a lot of stress tend to think so much about it. People seem to accept it as a natural part of the workplace; they shrug and move on.

But stress takes a massive toll on the body; it’s not something that human biology is really supposed to be dealing with on a frequent basis! Keep an eye out for signs of undue stress. As an employer, it’s actually a responsibility of yours to ensure that employees aren’t frequently and needlessly exposed to massive amounts of stress. Otherwise, you could find yourself being the target of a lawsuit. Besides, huge amounts of stress really suck the productivity out of the workplace.

Choose between luxury beachside hotels, with fabulous infinity pools and all the facilities you could ever dream of. Or go for something a bit more original, with cute tree dwellings or beach huts. If one thing’s certain, the Thai people certainly know how to treat you.

The wildlife
With such an incredible diversity of plants and animals, Thailand is a nature lover’s paradise. From elephants to exotic bird of paradise, monkeys, sharks, and anything in between, you’re guaranteed a treat. Take a tour in the jungle near Phuket on the back of an elephant, or travel down the river by raft to catch a glimpse of rare and exciting animals.

The people
If you ask most people what their favorite part of Thailand was, many will say the food, but most will say the people. They’re exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and conversational, so you’ll always leave feeling cared for and loved. Choosing to volunteer in Thailand by teaching English or another skill is a great way to integrate with the community and learn more about their way of life.

The scenery
With such epic scenery, many people profess that Thailand is the most beautiful nation in the world.
The man-made gardens at Pattaya are among the most beautiful botanical gardens of anywhere on the planet, and they’re just a patch on what nature has to offer. Visit Mae Hong Son for beautiful cloud-capped mountains and stunning vistas, or Ao Phang Nga Bay Marine National Park for stunning ocean scenery and dramatic cliffs.

You’re guaranteed an incredible experience, full of great food, wonderful people, and fantastic parties. Keep Watchers Engaged: What To Vlog About In Peru

It is difficult not to think about the Inca civilization and the inglorious history of the golden city which has kept the imagination of numerous scriptwriters and authors active for many years when you think about Peru. But, when you are a travel blogger, and you want to keep your readers interested, visiting Peru is a tricky task. Everybody knows about the Alpaca wool and Machu Picchu, so it is important to pick an exciting angle for your travel vlog. Make sure to mix informative blogs about Peruvian culture with breath-taking videos, and here’s how to take your readers on a tour of Peru like nothing they’ve seen before.

Plan Smartly: Book An Inca Tour

There’s a lot of things to see in Peru, so the best way to make the most of your trip is to book a machu picchu peru tour that will take you through Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and the world famous Machu Picchu sanctuary. In four days only, you could get a packed itinerary through the lost Incan world that will give you a lot to show and tell. For a start, you can’t ignore the importance of the Incas in Peru. But what you can do is work with an experience tour guide to immerse yourself into the culture in a way that no travel book can. While the Inca civilization is well known, people tend to remember the spiritual power that was given to the sun, instead of the smart and knowledgeable organization of the harsh Andean environment that this Empire had introduced to the world. It is not easy to successfully exploit landscapes as various as plains, mountains, deserts and tropical jungle, yet a tour of the Inca civilization would be able to take you through the engineering of these people who have been able to build their settlements across a large part of South America. Showing to your loyal audience that people in the 15th and 16th centuries already knew of technologies that are still in use today will shed a different light on the glorious Peruvian past. There was more than a mystical love for the Sun God, but there was also a thorough understanding of physics and biodiversity, for instance. Additionally, it is true that you can’t visit Peru without mentioning the Inca, and their most famous site, Machu Picchu, which could as been a simple summer residence for the Inca emperor. But, as you discuss the Incas, being able to link them to the modern world will provide an engaging hook. After all, there is only so much that one can say about the mystical sun, and most of it has already been covered by Tintin and Snowy in the late 1940s!

Discovery Of The Local Culture Through Food

In Lima, you can turn to the Lima Gourmet Company to take you through the culinary discovery of the region. You can find daytime and nighttime tours that will both offer a variety of food stops and nibbles through Lima’s most exclusive restaurants and taste scenes. You might wonder why a food tour could be of interest to your vlog. The answer is simple: There is nothing more intimate and deep in the culture of a country than its relationship to food. Discovering who the Peruvians are starts with what they put on the plate. Not only can you promote fine restaurants that travelers to Peru might have missed in an attempt to stick to what they think Peruvian culture is - which tends to be based on popular Inca fiction and therefore lacks a certain sense of reality - but you will also be able to film stunning historical areas that are outside of common knowledge. So surprise your followers with a gourmet tour that combines delicious food and drinks from Lima’s top restaurants and roastery, and the unknown festive and modern side of Peru. Not everybody in Peru lives in the past, contrary to the popular image that the media give from them. Stepping off the beaten path for a local exploration of real Peru is something that your followers will cherish. Offer them something new to watch!

The Sacred Valley, More Than The Heart Of The Ancient Inca Civilization

The Sacred Valley lies about 9,000 feet high at the heart of the Incan Empire, between Cuzco and Machu Picchu. Often, tourists who stop at the Sacred Valley take a wander through the archeological sites and stop to admire the stunning mountain view, then they are likely to buy a souvenir from the artisan market - most probably with the silhouette of a llama on it, for best Peruvian effect. In truth, the Sacred Valley might sound quite boring, when you describe it like that. However, it is an area that needs protection because the communities who live there have maintained a traditional way of life and heavy agricultural activities. Tourism, while it heavily benefits to the communities who live just next to the significant Incan sites, Cuzco and Machu Picchu, brings very little support to the rest of this traditional region. That’s the reason why the women’s weaving workshop was founded as a project to keep the traditional weaving techniques alive and help these communities to support themselves. As a result, not only has the region been able to support the handmade production of high-quality textiles, but the families who live in the Sacred Valley have now access to proper education, which will enable younger generations to study and maybe move out. There is no doubt that this is a charity project that will steal the heart of your followers: The women’s weaving workshop is empowering women to take an active part in their family’s income and to give for the first time the chance to go to school to most children. The positive side for visitors, besides joining the project, is to be able to talk to the women who made the textile they buy. So, don’t hesitate to give your Peru travel a social impact for the generations to come.
